Rise and shine Angelenos! Head out to grab your free breakfast at your local LA City Chick-fil-A. During March 20-24, 2017, several participating Chick-fil-A locations in Los Angeles City is offering free breakfast from 6:30am-10:30am.

I’m so glad I stopped by Chick-fil-A the other day (I’m basically there at least 2x/month) and saw this flier because I love breakfast foods, especially their buttery biscuits and southern hospitality. C’mon, free breakfast for a whole week is ridiculously awesome! I wonder if I can fit in early morning workouts then indulge at Chick-fil-A, all five days…  LBH, I’m always motivated by food.

What’s cool is Chick-fil-A is offering a different item each day, so take a peek at the five menu items below and try something new. Also, make sure you check the locations that are participating in this offer below. It’d be horrible if you make the drive to your local Chick-fil-A and they don’t know what you’re talking about. Sad face.

Let me know what’s your favorite item at Chick-fil-A. Mine’s a tie between The Chick-fil-A Biscuit (breakfast only) and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I’m also impressed with their entree salads. I can’t wait to try their new Egg White Grill (I had no idea this existed, until now) Sounds healthy, yeah? Happy eating!

  2. Wear a hat // Growing up I used to make fun of my mom looking like a beekeeper on sunny summer days. If you are to see my mom now, she has beautiful, smooth skin and does not look her age. At all. Now, you’d often find me in a lightweight long-sleeve and a hat, hoping I age as gracefully.
  3. Drink enough water // To be honest, this is a daily struggle for me. It’s easy if I’m at my desk sipping out of my rainbow sippy cup. When I’m out and about I take my water bottle and drink to stay hydrated. Find a water bottle that works for your lifestyle and make sure you take it everywhere with you.
