I’m all about that #feedyourskin superfoods life
As a healthy lifestyle enthusiast I was beaming with joy when I received the invite for Sephora Skin Superfoods VIB Rouge Event at SmogShoppe in Culver City. I used 2,500 of my Sephora points to secure my spot–it was well worth it.
I’m all about that #feedyourskin superfoods life. As you know, the husband and I grow our own greens, eat them, and now I’m thrilled to use ingredients like kale, echinacea, honey, coconut, and argan oil on my skin. Talk about sleep, eat, breathe healthy foods.
Snapchat with Miranda Kerr of KORA Organics
The highlight was meeting with brand founders Miranda Kerr of KORA Organics and Mark Veeder of Farmacy and talking natural skincare and sharing tips. Miranda Kerr even grabbed my phone to Snapchat our moment! Her new skincare line uses the antioxidant noni fruit to smooth, nourish, and brighten skin with a natural glow.
Those behind Farmacy Beauty are the bee’s knees
This brand fuses age-old botanical wisdom with cutting-edge technologies to create a gentle and natural formulation. Founder, Mark Veeder, is the pioneer plantsman behind the discovery of Echinacea GreenEnvy, the unique ingredient used in their line. Farmacy has a farm out in upstate New York where they cultivate the plant and use bees to pollinate its flowers.
Customizing my own Josie Maran Whipped Body Butter
It was fun to customize my own Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Body Butter. There were so many essential oils to choose from and I couldn’t decide between Sweet Almond Oil, Tangerine, and Mango–so I selected all three! Thanks, Malia, for helping me decide and making it! It smells divine.
The Sephora skin superfoods bag with the swagger
I’m diggin’ the swag bag filled with the brands’ newly-released skincare products, a Sephora gift card, and the perfect looking succulent. I also received personalized skincare services with superfood brands–Youth to the People, Fresh, and Tata Harper. Looking forward to trying these all out!
FTC: This post is NOT sponsored. I’m VIB Rouge status at Sephora and spent 2,500 of my points to secure a spot for this event. All opinions are my own.
