Try this guilt-free Avocado Vegan Brownie Recipe! You won’t believe it’s made with vegetables! They are the healthier alternative if you are to eat brownies. These decadent chocolate brownies are rich, moist, and creamy. Best of all? The coconut oil and avocado gives you a rich texture and dose of healthy fats.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients (avocado, milk, coconut oil) in a mixing bowl. I like to mash the avocado with a fork.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, sugar) and then gently mix into the wet ingredients mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the brownie batter into a glass baking pan or a greased metal baking pan. Optional: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until inserted toothpick into brownie comes out clean.
